The Golden Chariot is an award winning luxury train offering 3 itineraries across some of the most prominent destinations in South India…

The Golden Chariot features 10 guest carriages with a capacity for 80 guests, two fine dining restaurants, a bar, a spa, a business centre and a mini gymnasium. Each guest carriage houses four guest rooms. Each guest room has an ensuite bathroom with continuous hot and cold water supply. The itineraries are being planned to display the best of Karnataka’s history and rich culture to discerning travelers. 

There is an addition of two new short haul itineraries for 2 nights & 3 nights with scheduled departures of the Golden Chariot during the season 2022-23 only:

• Majestic Karnataka (2N/3D): Bengaluru – Mysore- Hampi- Goa
• Sojourn of India (3N/4D): Goa – Hampi – Chickmagluru-Mysore – Bengaluru

The other two itineraries are the 6 nights/ 7 days Pride of Karnataka and Jewels of South departing every Sunday.

• Pride of Karnataka (6N/7D): Bandipur – Mysore – Halebidu – Chikamgaluru – Hampi – Badami – Goa – Bengaluru – Chikamgaluru – Hampi – Badami – Goa – Bengaluru
• Jewels of South (6N/7D): Bengaluru – Mysore – Hampi – Mahabalipuram – Thanjavur and Chettinad – Kanyakumari – Alleppey/Kumarakom – Cochin – Bengaluru
