Private Rice Paddy Picnic

ICS Indonesia relaunches their exclusive private picnic experiences amidst iconic world heritage rice fields.

Away from busy South Bali, but close enough for a comfortable day trip from the south or Ubud, ICS Indonesia is offering two remote yet luxury culinary experiences. Our staff are very often our best resource and therefore we have partnered up with Ibu Iluh from our Inbound team and her family to re-launch our lunch or dinner pic-nics in the middle of the rice fields of beautiful Mengwi. These picnic meals can be combined with a local village walk or bike ride in the area. Delicious Balinese and other Indonesian dishes will be served in a beautiful private green setting – with no other tourists in sight!

For many of our travellers the UNESCO heritage rice terraces of Jatiluwih are a must-do on the Bali bucket-list. And rightfully so! The views across the iconic scenery all the way down to the coastline of the Indian ocean are magnificent. Visitors can wander amongst the carefully manicured rice paddies or take a short e-bike trip through surrounding villages. To not be dependent on the often busy restaurants, ICS has set up their own spacious wooden hut amidst the rice fields for our travellers to enjoy a delicious local lunch or dinner.
