May & June Await

As Japan gears up for the busy spring season, we want to keep you informed about our current booking situation:

No New Requests for March & April 2025

Due to exceptionally high demand, we are no longer accepting any new tour requests for March and April. We’d like to recommend planning trips for May or June instead – and here’s why:

  • Fewer Crowds, More Comfort: After the cherry blossom rush, popular sights are less crowded, making it easier to enjoy temples, gardens and cultural spots at a relaxed pace.
  • Beautiful Weather: May and early June offer pleasant, mild weather – perfect for outdoor activities, scenic hikes and exploring vibrant cities without the peak-season crowds.
  • Availability: You’ll have more options for top guides, private transport and accommodations, allowing us to craft smoother, more personalized experiences for your clients.
  • Seasonal Highlights: From lush green landscapes to seasonal festivals like Aoi Matsuri in Kyoto, May and June showcase a different, equally stunning side of Japan.

Handling of Existing Requests & VIPs

For requests already received and under modification, as well as for important new VIP requests, we will first check if we can secure English-speaking guides and private transportation. If we can, we will confirm the request without further modifications.

If we cannot arrange guides or private transport, we will check whether the clients are comfortable with a tour that includes only activity tickets, bullet train reservations and hotel bookings – without private guides or transport. If guests agree, we will proceed with these modifications.

No Short-Notice Requests

To ensure quality service, we cannot accept short-notice bookings. All new requests must be made at least 45 days in advance. (Exceptions on case-by-case basis only.)

Thank you for your understanding and continued support! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
