Welcome aboard the Maharajas’ Express, winner of the “World’s Leading Luxury Train” award at the World Travel Awards for seven consecutive years from 2012 to 2018. The Maharajas’ Express has redefined the luxury travel experience by offering guests the opportunity to explore fabled destinations providing a glimpse of rich cultural heritage of Incredible India.

This luxury train was introduced by Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC). Here’s an amazing opportunity to experience royalty on wheels. The train has four cabin categories – Deluxe Cabin, Presidential Suite, Suite and Junior Suite, all with attached facilities. It also has a Lounge Bar and Restaurants. All cabins are designed beautifully and the train is fully carpeted. The interiors are designed keeping in mind the India’s Royal Heritage. 

The elegant dining car’s amazing world class cuisines are served in gold silver plated cutlery. The theme restaurants are Peacock Restaurant (Mayur Mahal) and Haveli Restaurant (Rang Mahal). The Safari Bar serves the finest labels of spirits in imported crystal glasses. 

There is an on board Butler Service and amenities include Wi-Fi, telephone, LCD TV, DVD players, basic toiletries in bathrooms, electronic safety deposit and much more.
