Vincom Landmark 81: 461 metres-high
Soaring 461 metres into the air, the Landmark 81 Tower topped out in January 2018 to become the tallest building in Vietnam.
The tower comprises commercial, retail and luxury residential apartments with a gross floor area of 241,000m², forming a centre piece of a new residential development at the banks of the Saigon River.
The shape of the building resembles a bundle of bamboo canes to reference the area’s agricultural past and the nation’s much revered home-grown resource.
The tower also comprises hotel and conference facilities, restaurants, bars and a multi-story observation deck spanning floors 79 to 81.
