Nepal and the Himalayas – the two names go side by side. Nepal is one of the best trekking destinations in the world, and boasts many beautiful treks. Everest Base Camp trek is undoubtably one of the most popular, and probably the best way to experience the real beauty of the Everest region.

The trekking route to the base of the world’s tallest mountain is full of adventure. You’ll cross over suspension bridges, witness amazing landscapes including some of the world’s highest mountain peaks, and you’ll get to experience the authentic Sherpa culture of the Khumbu region.

The best time to trek to Everest Base Camp is pre-monsoon (February, March, April and May) and post monsoon (late September, October, November and December).
It is possible to trek to Everest Base Camp during January and February however bear in mind that it will be very cold during that period in the mountain region. The monsoon season (June – July – August) is best avoided.
