Undiscovered

Relatively undiscovered, Quy Nhon is a new destination for travellers. It boasts miles of coastline, fresh cuisine reliant on its seaside location and a handful of accommodations priced for all tastes and budgets.

Qui Nhon is a small city in the centre of Vietnam, located roughly halfway between Danang and Nha Trang. The best time to visit Quy Nhon is from January to August, when the weather begins to be warm most of the time. Here are just some of the beautiful beaches to be found in this area:

Ky Co Beach

Located on Nhon Ly Island, a 20-minute boat ride from Quy Nhon, this beach is often called the “Maldives of Vietnam.” One side of Ky Co is the calm sea, and the other side are magnificent mountains. Here you’ll find a smattering of seafood restaurants and a spacious and blissfully clean beach.

Bai Xep Beach

This beach is located about 20 minutes south of the city and has a selection of accommodation options.

Nhon Hai Beach

Nhon Hai beach is in a cute fishing village without any major tourism development. It’s a simple place where you’ll fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the sea. Spend time lounging in a hammock, kayaking around the bay, or snorkelling at a nearby reef. You won’t find much Western food here, so just relax and enjoy the local vibes.
